  2. I just finished my 7 day workout in the 45 days challenge mixed it in with my normal workouts and running with basketball sometimes glad I found this channel

  3. I got a wrist injury a while ago, and it hurts when i do push ups, ill see if this helps, thanks Bully!

  4. I think the only thing I am missing is a really challenging bicep workout. Maybe like Triceps, Bicepts, and chest all in one workout or just a workout dedicated to Bicep and Triceps. Like upper body focus but really focusing on Bicepts.

  5. I was looking for ways to strengthen my forearms yesterday. This man has impeccable timing.
For that weight hang, a cast iron pan is a great substitute if you don’t have weights of any kind.

  6. Yo bullyjuice where the new shoulder workout for dumbells at been waiting for that for year’s

  7. I was looking for some motivation to kick off my weight loss journey and someone I can come back to for constant advice and help and you’ve been that person!!

  8. Man I need your advice, you said in a previous video that added sugar is killing your gains.. but doesn’t matter how much sugar I eat I won’t gain fat.. so my question.. does added sugar kills muscle growth when it doesn’t generate fat for me?

  9. Can you do a day in the life of BullyJuice? Workouts, diet, and outings included! Would really love to see what your day to day routines are like.
