Try this:
45 sec each, 2 rounds to hit each side
~ around the worlds (round 2 in opposite direction)
~ angled block lifts
~ overhead block extensions
~ block slides (depress those scapula)
~ pinky up – up and overs
~ thumbs up – up and overs
~ double leg stretch
~ criss-cross arm extension
~ fly toe taps
Repeat other side!!
