    Did a similar circuit this morning after my run. It was 25 push ups ( varied ) 15 pull ups 15 dips and 12 hanging leg raises. A total of 8 rounds and it was just what I needed on this Sunday morning in Southern California. Keep up the good work Scott. Just got a new subscriber.
