    Fasted work outs are great for you. At about 16 hours, your body starts to produce growth hormones. You can get better results if you work out during that time.

    I only get hungry at the 12hr mark. But I don’t eat. Then I can go 48-72hrs pretty easily. Love that clean energy. I go to gym or do 5 mile runs fasted all the time.
