Back Workout:
Incline Rows – 5×5
Lat Pulldowns – 4×15,12,10,8
Seated Cable Rows – 4×15,12,10,8
Close grip lat pulldowns – 4×15,12,10,8
Reverse Curls – 2 sets to failure
Single arm concentration curl – 2 sets to failure
