Here is my first TRU30 workout for you and the focus is chest and biceps.
There are A LOT of workouts out there that will tell you 30 minutes to a new you… But most of them are filled with false promises and don't truly push you to continue changing. This is not one of those programs.
Start with 3 sets of each sequence and when you can do 3 in 30 minutes move to 4, increase the weight, reduce the rest. You will get out what you put in and if you put in your all – 30 minutes is all you need to shred your body. Let's go!
