WHAT I EAT TO STAY SHREDDED (Lean Bulking Full Day Of Eating)

There is no denying the importance of nutrition when trying to get shredded. And frankly, I could dedicate a big part of my success to having a highly nutritious diet. Food is the fuel that contributes to just about every single function that our bodies go through.

Another gigantic component that your nutrition will play a role in is fat loss. And why that is will come down to how we actually burn fat. To keep it simple, fat loss typically occurs when there is a caloric imbalance between what we expand and what we consume. If you consume less calories than you expend, your body will need to pull those calories from some where. And that somewhere will mostly come from fat stores.

Our nutrition is the most important factor in that equation. You could spend hours upon hours sweating in the gym, burning the cals; but if when you get home you slam down a large pizza and a pint of Ben & Jerry’s then you have little chance of achieving the body you want. However, complete restriction is rarely healthy in itself. We should all aim to find a sweet spot that is in line with our goals. Looking at everything in moderation is a very solid philosophy to follow. The problem doesn't lie in having one donut or McDonald’s… it lies in having five donuts or a full blown face stuffing onslaught at McDonald’s. Always remember: you can’t out train a bad diet
