    1. BJ Br0wn yea just focus on small thing like cutting out junk food, sugary snacks and drinks, and eat more fruits, veggies, lean protein and cut down on excessive carbs

  2. Looking forward to the dumbbell workouts. I’m avoiding gyms due to virus, and people are charging ridiculous amounts for even small dumbbells. Currently own a pair of 10kg so any advice on keeping fit or building strength with limited weight would be awesome!
