  1. Great vid fellas… its not all about being BUFF… Range Of Motion, flexibility and pliability is HUGE

  2. Squat so deep the beard came right off lmao that transition caught me off guard

  3. It’s only the maximum size until one of the brothers uses progressive overload. Limit breaking hypertrophy taking place

  4. Ok seriously, HOW IS HUDSONS HAIR LITERALLY BETTER THAN 99.9% OF MEN ON THIS PLANET

  5. Lmao for a split second i thought you savages grew your beard that big in like..two days

  6. I’ve always worked out in a style similar to yours. However, I’m going to be starting med school in a few days. Any tips for the minimum split that i could do to maintain? I was thinking about full body 3 times a week

    1. Look up Squat University here on YouTube, they have tons of videos about that stuff

    2. Search ‘Buff Dudes Mobility’ and you will find what you seek. As others have suggested, Squat University has loads of mobility videos as well as other very useful content for lifters

  7. You guys have my humble gratitude, for sacrifice your beard, in way to give us a new amazing *”S&S”* video.

  8. About that mobility drill, it looks like someone have been watching Squat University ;)

  9. The mobility drills seem to be inspired from Dr.Aarons book Rebuilding Milo
