This mobility/stretching routine is designed to improve your posture and increase recovery by focusing on the most pivotal points in your body. It’s super important that you incorporate some sort of tension release within your training. You’re constantly putting your body through a ton of stress and your muscles can become very tight as a result. Treat your body right by making stretching and mobility work apart of your regimen
Stretching also plays a very important role in keeping good posture. When you have postural imbalances, it’s usually due to one or a few muscles being over active and therefore right, and a antagonistic muscle being weak. Therefore, improving your posture relies on strengthening these weaker muscles and releasing the tension of the tighter muscles!
If there’s one thing you could do right now to drastically improve your physique it would be to focus on correcting your postural imbalances. Build a strong foundation and everything else will prosper!
This video is full length which means you can just follow along with whatever I'm doing. If you need extra rest, just pause the video. If you don't need a rest – watch it the whole way through.

Me coming home after a long days work: 16:33
I need to do a 30 min workout every morning for school. Would it be better to split the time up through out the day. This is because i can’t really workout that long yet. An answer would be very appreciative :)
