You can certainly build a decent amount of muscle without any of these supplements or any supplement for that matter as long as you take care of your nutrition. Caffeine, whey, and creatine..
Say whaaat.
Really all you need is whey. I’ll give it to you on creatine, it is useful. Or rather can be. It’s good for restoring muscle and increasing gains to some amount, but at the cost of getting stretch marks and gaining all that water weight for no reason. Depending on what you do, the water weight may not matter to you but to a wrestler or any weighted sport, it’s important.

Absolutely non of these any crappy supplements even protein powder why need it when you could eat wholesome proteins.
100% agree with picturefit like always, but unfortunately i’ve to let go of creatine. The rise in DHT levels due to creatine(-phosphate) leading to hair loss is true. I already have androgenic alopaecia at 19 and creatine only seemed to accelerate it.
@Abhishek Dudeja have you experienced any sexual side effects from finasteride ?
TheSlimmshadyy None that I know of, primarily because I do a 1mg dosage that is meant for treating hair loss, while the ones that need to deal with an enlarged prostate do a 5mg dosage.

You don’t need to spend money on all this unnecessary junk. Just eat CLEN, TREN hard, ANAVAR give up, and from time to time make sure to TEST your limits to DBOLish your goals.

All these supplements are a waste of money tbh you could almost get twice the amount of protein off of Greek yogurt for the same price you would with a bucket of protein.
I am sensitive to caffeine 🙁 are there any other suppliment that can replace caffeine? so are these suppliments recommended to overweight women too?
