I talked about three muscle building supplements that are NOT worth your money in the previous video. Now let's talk about three that certainly can be!

Disclaimer: Although I do feel that these supplements can help you build muscle, they are not at all necessary. You can certainly build a decent amount of muscle without any of these supplements or any supplement for that matter as long as you take care of your nutrition. Treat these as their name suggests: supplements.
Also, if you are concerned of the effects of any of these supplements might pose to your own health, then please ask a healthcare professional before deciding to add them to your regimen.
Good luck!

    1. Really all you need is whey. I’ll give it to you on creatine, it is useful. Or rather can be. It’s good for restoring muscle and increasing gains to some amount, but at the cost of getting stretch marks and gaining all that water weight for no reason. Depending on what you do, the water weight may not matter to you but to a wrestler or any weighted sport, it’s important.

    1. @Colin Reidevall indeed it is, its a chemical extracted from a plant (like the VAST majority of drugs and chemicals)
      Whats your point?

You can extract cyanide from apples and opium from poppies. That doesnt mean apples and poppy infusion arent great for your health.

    1. YEP, BUT WHEY IS NECESSARY, SPECIALLY WHEN YOU DONT EAT ANIMALS LIKE ME, AND EVEN IF YOU EAT IT, YOU NEED TO EAT ALOOOT OF FOOD IF YOU WANT TO GET LIKE 220-240 GRAMS OF PROTEIN.

  1. 100% agree with picturefit like always, but unfortunately i’ve to let go of creatine. The rise in DHT levels due to creatine(-phosphate) leading to hair loss is true. I already have androgenic alopaecia at 19 and creatine only seemed to accelerate it.

    1. TheSlimmshadyy None that I know of, primarily because I do a 1mg dosage that is meant for treating hair loss, while the ones that need to deal with an enlarged prostate do a 5mg dosage.

  2. You don’t need to spend money on all this unnecessary junk. Just eat CLEN, TREN hard, ANAVAR give up, and from time to time make sure to TEST your limits to DBOLish your goals.

    1. All these supplements are a waste of money tbh you could almost get twice the amount of protein off of Greek yogurt for the same price you would with a bucket of protein.

    2. I am sensitive to caffeine 🙁 are there any other suppliment that can replace caffeine? so are these suppliments recommended to overweight women too?

    3. I am vegetarian and I’m doing strenght and circuit training 4 times a week. I almost never reach my protein goal with just food. Would you suggest whey or other protein powders to me?
