    1. 1:15 Australian pull ups – 10 reps each wide/shoulder/close

    2. 3:30 Back activation – 15 reps (If its too easy do with one arm – 10 reps each)

    3. 4:46 One arm Australian pull ups – 10 reps each

    4. 5:32 Australian chin ups closed grip – 15 reps

    5. 7:29 Push up – 20 reps

    Do 3/4 Sets
