However, ABT requires that our athletes not only stay lean and maintain a very good conditioning base, but they also have to maintain and continue to build muscle. Yes, we incorporate more traditional based training throughout the week, but we highly believe in our “Warrior Workout” programs and make sure that our athletes are pushing the intensity mentally and physically.
