A couple of girthy individuals training posterior, anterior, proximal and distal skeletal muscles. Stupendous.
For some reason front squats “feel” better for me. I can lift more weight doing back squats, but the front squat feels like a more natural, smooth movement for me. But squats were never my strong area.
