    Also, side note, I’m getting conflicting info from different people telling I’m doing too little or too much and not sure who to believe. Right now I do 30-40 mins cardio, full body stretching, and planks daily. And I do body weight and dumbbell exercises Monday-Friday. Does this sound ok? I certainly feel knackered after each day! I’m doing the 12/8 fasting too.

    1. sounds like a lot to me remember to give your body a brake to rest and build up muscles or else it your training won’t give you the best results possible and I don’t now about the fasting just make sure not to eat before bed and also maybe do some exercise after dinner to start burning calories + if you do that you will burn more fat while you sleep

    1. I find Fraser’s technique is effective because I can still see progress despite being inconsistent. So I just saved many of his videos on my play lists so I can follow along when I exercise. The video keeps me on track and pushes me to complete my sets particularly when I am already starting to give up.
