  1. Yay! Thanks Fraser! Will do this on abs day next week!

Also, side note, I’m getting conflicting info from different people telling I’m doing too little or too much and not sure who to believe. Right now I do 30-40 mins cardio, full body stretching, and planks daily. And I do body weight and dumbbell exercises Monday-Friday. Does this sound ok? I certainly feel knackered after each day! I’m doing the 12/8 fasting too.

    1. sounds like a lot to me remember to give your body a brake to rest and build up muscles or else it your training won’t give you the best results possible and I don’t now about the fasting just make sure not to eat before bed and also maybe do some exercise after dinner to start burning calories + if you do that you will burn more fat while you sleep

    1. Lol most of the people watching this are probably sitting on their couch. But I actually followed along and did the workout 😉

  2. Hello…..I don’t know how to speak English but I want to ask you to give me a little heart please ….. Note: Use the Google translator

    1. I find Fraser’s technique is effective because I can still see progress despite being inconsistent. So I just saved many of his videos on my play lists so I can follow along when I exercise. The video keeps me on track and pushes me to complete my sets particularly when I am already starting to give up.

  3. FRASER WILSON has been one of my biggest ab inspirations for years! Mostly on Instagram. You’ve taught me so much. Thank you! Trying to get my YouTube career started and always appreciate the inspiration.
