    1. You can do whatever you want. He gives us these plans as a model. Go get your sweat, the best way you see fit, bro bro, the rewards are yours. Make it your own. I sometimes do wall sits if squats hurt my knees. Switch stuff out, its practicing form and building a routine, I’ve found these videos to be super motivating for and working my way up to where I see myself can be. Have fun with it!
