Get Abs in 4 WEEKS | Abs Workout Challenge

To develop a truly impressive Sixpack, you will want to train your abs frequently and from a whole range of perspectives. You see, the core is generally made up of four key components. Namely – the rectus abdominus (6pack / lower abs), obliques, the serratus anterior, and the transverse abdominus (inner abs).

With this challenge you will aim to hit this workout each and everyday for the next 4 weeks.. Let's do this! A full ab challenge that you can do whenever and wherever you like!! You don't need any equipment or weight.

    I’ve been using your workouts for over a year now and they’re probably the best workouts on YouTube. I’m glad I found you because I see why form is so important, and I like that you’ve stressed perfect form in your videos. I see a lot of people working out, that have been doing it for years, with terrible form. And thanks to your videos I’m starting to explore calisthenics a bit. Just bought a dip bar station. I never would have thought I’d be so into fitness, but it’s basically consumed my life. Now I just need to start lean bulking to actually expose these muscles and maximize my results, and again thanks to your videos I now have a meal plan formulated. For anyone new, do these workouts every day and you will 100% see results. I’ve mainly been doing his 20 minute morning workout routine, but I’ll switch it up and do some targeted areas like legs and abs every now and then. Thanks for helping me get in shape.
