Why am I getting stronger but not bigger? || BUILDING MUSCLE vs BUILDING STRENGTH

Every wondered why your strength might increase faster than your muscle growth? It is very noticeable on big lifts such as the bench press, squat, and deadlift. As a beginner especially, strength in creases very rapidly, but it also might as an advanced lifter. Other things in this video I forgot to mention was:
– Form
– Technique
– and Efficiency
are all factors that can attribute to lifting more weight as well.

Best solution: Try training within the 10-15 reps range
