EXTREME 15 Minute Fat Burning Workout(FAT DESTROYER)

Destroy your stubborn fat in 15 minutes! This workout will consist of 15 different variations of the single most effective fat burning bodyweight exercise that exist. The BURPEE!

    I’ve done the 10′ burpee workout as part of the 45-day Challenge, which is just the simple variation without a pushup. 45 on/15 recovery. That’s tough. I think I will do this instead, next time it comes up…
