As a beginner especially, strength in creases very rapidly, but it also might as an advanced lifter. Other things in this video I forgot to mention was:

– Technique
– and Efficiency
are all factors that can attribute to lifting more weight as well.

Best solution: Try training within the 10-15 reps range
