Bodyweight Playground Workout for MUSCLE-BUILDING

PLAYGROUND WORKOUT for Muscle-Building | Bodyweight Calisthenics (Full Routine). Simple and easy workout variation if you want to take your workout outdoors to LOSE FAT and GAIN MUSCLE. When gyms are closed and you're stuck at home, it's challenging to find the motivation to work out, so you got to be creative! I like to take my workouts outdoors to avoid distractions at home and because it also gives me a sense of mission to complete a workout with maximum intensity. So, here are some ideas for an outdoor playground workout that works your entire body (see full routine below). I rarely do calisthenics or bodyweight exercises (until the current situation) so this workout was brutal! Stay active and stay safe!
