    Man Listen, these workouts you putting on here are solid. What’s an alternative for the lunges though? Due to knee problems, I am not about to do a full lunge.

      Depending on how bad your knees are, you could do “Glute Bridges” “Romanian Dead-lift” these are good effective exercises that shouldn’t cause too much pain but again im not a doctor so it depends on your situation
