My abs are already sort of visible but If I keep doing this how long will it take to gain abs like yours on top of having whey protein shake, Fraser?
Definitely not Fraser, but I found out Intermittent fasting helps with more muscle visibility especially abdominal muscles.
@William Muya Deon is probably similar to me, in certain lights it looks amazing. Top 2show bottom one is around 20-40% showing.
