Dumped the gym 14 years ago! No equipment no diet just blood sweat and tears in the garage Got in the best shape ever!!!
I dumped the gym too and got so many great results i never saw any difference in the gym like how i see training at home

While performing the scissor leg raises my hip always makes a weird pop sound while lowering my leg, Idek why??
