@Destan Serindag True but are these the only back exercises? They all seem to be moving your back up and down regardless of the name he’s using for each of them
@Haunter well name me another way to activate your muscles than moving up and down. Ive made a lot of back progression by his previous back video. If he sees this, you can ask him for a dumbell back workout

I can’t stop giving props for these no equipment body weight workouts I’ve been hooked since COVID started and the gains keep coming for me! I’m almost 47 and am at my goal weight and stronger than I’ve been in my life as well as the cardio workouts! Keep them coming Bully!!!
