    Quality > quantity while performing exercises for the obliques, serratus anterior, rectus abdominis, and transverse abdomis + nutrition (getting lean enough for abs to actually show). So simple yet so overlooked and sometimes difficult to implement.

    Well you actually should focus more on compounds and multijoint exercises, never focus on abs only, your abs are a lot involved in squats and deadlifts and many other exercises, you can actually don’t isolate them at all and still get crazy abs. If you just focus on them you may never get them also cause is about body fat percentage of course and by training your whole body you’ll burn more calories, especially your legs, and by developing more muscle mass in your whole body you’ll burn more calories throughout the day and night.
