I’ve been going everyday with your workouts even though sometimes I say to myself i need a break, I eliminate excuses. Get it done doesnt matter if its 5, 10, 15, 20, or 30 minutes a workout, you can get it done within the 24 hours in a day. I push myself and motivate myself and watch you and do it.
