In this video, I’m going take you for an EXTREMELY intense ride! Follow along in this 20 minute full body workout. You can complete this workout with me within the confinements of your home. Or anywhere else really! This workout routine will hit your entire body and make you sweat more than you ever have before!!

Whether your goal is to build some muscle or lose some weight, you don't necessarily have to ever have to go to a gym to accomplish it. However, to be effective in accomplishing your goals, you can use this perfect home workout paired with a few other follow along workouts on the bullyjuice channel to get you where you want to be! But be consistent!

This perfect home workout will not only be me showing you the exercises, timer, and time bar, but I will also be working out with you as your virtual personal trainer! I will push you to go hard and finish! Don't give up on me!

This workout for home is going to allow you to hit your total body in only 20 minutes! This selection of exercises based on movement patterns that you can hit any and everywhere.

COMPLETE this 20 min workout 2-3 times for (TOTAL WORKOUT TIME: 40-60 MINUTES)

THIS FOLLOW ALONG WORKOUT WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING EXERCISES: Jumping jacks, lunges, squats and more squats, negatives, flutter kicks, calf raises, glute bridges, iso metric holds, push-ups, jumping jacks, swiming, snow angels, and pike presses for those shoulders! & Much much more!

    Bullyjuice love man from Toronto thank you for everything you do for your people all your videos are not only inspirational but we all learn to push the hell out ourselves because of you…….last summer I was 245 in weight and now I’m 195 in weight and feel the best I’ve felt ever thank you Bullyjuice for being the man you are…..never give up and we won’t give up on you….
