    Hey Fraser, I’ve been following your workout videos for the past few months. I’m 5’11 and weigh 180 pounds. I have some muscle mass, but I also have a little bit of fat covering my stomach. I’m doing ab workouts almost daily and even add weight but they don’t seem to pop. I’m also eating at 2750 calories a day. I don’t want to eat at a huge surplus because I don’t want to cover my abs with more fat, but at the same time I feel like I can’t increase my muscle mass either. I’m wondering how I can do a body recomposition in order to lose fat while building lean muscle mass? My current macronutrients are as follows: 200g of protein, 85g of fat, 300g of carbs. I have a high protein/fat diet though so I usually go over. If you have any advice or are planning to make future videos about body recomposition, it would be helpful. Thanks for your content!
