    Great exercises man…I am slowly getting to your level and you helped me a lot. I am working on doing video about best ab exercises for beginners also.

      The title is just to get some more viewers, the workouts are good core workouts and they do target muscles. They obviously wont target specific fat but that’s not what the video is about, it’s just a good follow along workout

      @Aaryan Stha weightlifting will also keep the muscles working for long after the workout ends (hence taking off days and switching muscle groups) so it is also a good way to do so while building muscle, but mainly diet.

      Aaryan Stha cardio, dieting and increasing overall muscle mass. All of these burn calories all over your body. It is impossible to target fat loss to specific areas, when you burn calories, you burn them all over

    Damn I tried to do as much of this as I could and only had to take a few breaks cause it was too intense but I’m pretty proud cause I know I’ll be able to do the whole thing one day
