    Again, great to see you getting back to the training and also a regular routine. Your scheduling mirrors mine alot but I love to throw in core only days for my core and lower back specifically. I didn’t see you schedule any of that kind of core work…is that by design? Continued blessings to you and your family and let’s get back to these GAINS!!!

    I dont ever BLAST my legs i just do a set of weighted squat to calf raise after every like 2-3 sets i do this EVERYDAY throughout the whole workout. What do you think? is that ok?

    NAVY deployment worked out 2hrs a day everyday. I was eating tuna , protein shakes , cereal and pop tarts lol best gains ever. Closest thing to prison
