Stretching
Just pick up where you left off but a little less intense
I would suggest lighter weights that you were used too when you last were hitting the gym prior. More warm up sets in the beginning of workouts and prioritizing stretching before and after your workouts. Just my thoughts…

Again, great to see you getting back to the training and also a regular routine. Your scheduling mirrors mine alot but I love to throw in core only days for my core and lower back specifically. I didn’t see you schedule any of that kind of core work…is that by design? Continued blessings to you and your family and let’s get back to these GAINS!!!

The best shape of my life was when I was deployed. 12hrs on at work 12hrs off, literally everyday for 9 months. So much gains were gained lol
Is it a good idea to incorporate abs everyday while doing the days exercise? Example would be, chest tris and abs, back bis and abs. Thanks for this bully

Don’t specifically hit abs, but every day a core workout really helps for your abs.

I dont ever BLAST my legs i just do a set of weighted squat to calf raise after every like 2-3 sets i do this EVERYDAY throughout the whole workout. What do you think? is that ok?
How would you setup a good workout routine that incorperates one intense boxing training on for example wednesday?
NAVY deployment worked out 2hrs a day everyday. I was eating tuna , protein shakes , cereal and pop tarts lol best gains ever. Closest thing to prison
