Hey Fraser just real quick, first thank you. I’ve never felt better and seen the improvements to my body and I’m only 13. Another thing, I’m at a high level football, bu i want to know how much mucle i need to be fit and especially speed, I’ve been working legs arms abs and calves for almost a yea now with your vids but I feel like i might go out of control with too much resistance training and body Wright training .
Do you know what kind of body type i need to know because of i want to outstand in performance, and stamina, thanks love you bro or does anybody in the comments know. Thanks in advance
