    This stuff is intense and that isn’t bad, but if you really want to burn fat first get your diet in check then do steady state cardio, even if you are in bad shape you could probably jog for atleast 20 minutes, and that burns more fat than these exercises, these mostly just build muscle, and burn very few calories. Listen to ifbb pro coach greg here on youtube, he has great tips. anyways stay safe everyone.

    doing this exercise by itself is overpowered and should be illegal. Doing it while fasting should be a criminal offense and people should get arrested lol. Guess which one I’m doing.
