5 MINUTE AB WORKOUT ROUTINE starts at 00:24

This video will consist of in and out crunches, plank skiers, planks, standing abs in the form of steam engines, as well as mountain climbers! Remember, everyone have a 6 pack…But if yours is not visible, that just means it's being covered by a layer of fat. Lets GOOO!
