Morceso898 Gaming Yh the two week shred challenge with the two workouts per day really works for me. Especially when there is like 20 min cardio and then a 30 min full body. Definitely check it out.

Hi. I m french and i do ur 30 mn cardio routine and hiit since few weeks., 1 day on 2. Can u do other hiit video 30mn please with new exercices? I have lot of back problem (discal hernies) but i want to change my body and I lost few kilogramm but i want to be more athletic with times and good food. Thanks man.
